As a NASM certified personal trainer, and feminist fangirl, I wanted to combine my greatest passions. So I created Fangirl Fitness - badass workouts inspired by our favorite heroines. Build your strength like Supergirl, boost your power like Wonder Woman, and develop your agility like Harley. All with only a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat.
