Get The Party Started... With Breakfast

I just tried something new for breakfast and this shit is delicious:

1 cup water

1/2 banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 serving vanilla protein powder (I personally like the Orgain brand Meal powder)

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon maca (optional - it adds amino acids, B vitamins, and a nutty taste)

1/2 packet frozen dragonfruit (optional - it adds B vitamins, fiber, and intensifies the pink color)

It's filling from the protein and healthy fats, and it's also got these goodies:

- Antioxidants. Yeah you know those magical little things that help keep the skin healthy and boost our immune system? Berries are full of them.

- Fiber. We all know this helps us spend less time in the bathroom. And all the fruits in this smoothie are full of it.

- Potassium. It does a LOT of good stuff in the body, and it's actually required for muscle contraction and relaxation. We all know it's in bananas, but berries have it too!

And it matches my P!nk poster, so bonus:

(I'm sorry I'm so shit at taking photos. I really tried. The rejects were much worse)

And if you wanna add some spinach (or, if you're really brave, kale) to give it an extra nutritional boost, go for it!
